Mr. Kubisch is an attorney with
substantial experience in litigation and transaction
matters. Mr. Kubisch has represented large institutional
and mid-sized clients in a variety of matters involving
complex commercial and business litigation, contract
disputes, fraud, unfair business practices, employment
litigation, tort defense, and insurance bad faith cases.
His experience includes all phases of litigation in both
state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute
resolution and has obtained several multi-million
judgments on behalf of clients. In addition to his
litigation background, Mr. Kubisch handles corporate and
entity formation and counsels clients in matters
covering trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets,
licensing, and non-disclosure and non-compete
agreements.
Mr. Kubisch lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife and
three children. During his free time, he enjoys playing
sports and spending time with his family.
